The Ship Restaurant

I was first introduced to this eatery by a fren who works in a bank nearby. The another fren shared that this is a old-school place which serves nice & affordable escargotsfresh oysters, reasonable steak cum lobster combo…

So it has become one of the places I would go if I have cravings for seafood & escargots.

Their oysters are relatively fresh (compared to the oysters served at some buffet line in hotels…). The escargots are very well-done, the sauce made with garlic & butter is heavenly.

Perhaps its the maritime decor theme of the place which made them looked “old-school”. The dim lighting also made me felt kinda sleepy after enjoying the wonderful dishes. The waiters & waiteresses there dressed in their white collared shirt plus black skirts/pants really reminds me of some chinese hokkien restaurant…so dun bare high expectations for ambience here.

Escargots & oysters are a must-try.
