Indulge At Park @ Grand Park City Hall

A group of close colleagues met up for an enjoyable international buffet lunch at Indulge At Park inside Grand Park City Hall hotel; thanx to a Groupon deal secured by one of the pretty ladies. =) We got the lunch buffet at $28 nett pp, usual cost should be ard $36++ pp.

They’ve got quite a nice spread of salads & sushi, seafood on ice, hot & savoury and dessert station. The buffet also included free flow of soft drinks and coffee/tea.

At the seafood on ice station, they offered sashimi, mussels, poached prawns, clams and smoked salmon. The salmon sashimi was pretty fresh and well-sliced.

We also enjoyed the hot & savoury dishes, including seafood chowder soup, baked salmon, oatmeal prawns, baked oyster, teriyaki chicken, chawamushi etc.

At the dessert station, other than the cakes, tarts, chocolate fondues, fruits, ice-cream; they had a durian puree which was very limited in quantity. I’m glad we manage to get a bowl each to enjoy the thick durian puree.

Service staff were prompt in clearing the plates and the restaurant seating area was filled with lot of comfortable daylight and tables were well spaced out.

Overall it was an nice place to enjoy a good meal and catch up with friends; especially with the groupon deal. I think they occasionally offer special deals on groupon site, so keep a look out for it and grab them before they are gone.
