Fat Cow

Another one of those days whereby I can indulge myself in luxurious lunch set meal~ This time round at Fat Cow in Camden Medical Centre. Known for their steaks, I tried out their set lunch first as its more pocket-friendly, starting from $26 onwards (for the non-beef items). Each set meal comes with salad, chawanmushi, miso soup and dessert.

Had Fat Foa-gura Don Glazed foie gras and grilled waygu beef over rice and The Fat Cow Donburi Charcoal-grilled wagyu beef with onsen egg & shiro negi.

The Fat foa-gura don was sweet-based while the Donburi was savoury-based. The first had small pieces of foie gras mixed with chunks of firm wagyu cubes with generous sauce glazed over them. The second had slices of medium-rare wagyu accompanied with a flowy onsen egg. Each has its merits depending on whether you are a sweet or savoury person.
