GRUB Noodle Bar [Closed]

Have been wanting to visit GRUB Noodle Bar which is located at Rangoon road since GRUB in Bishan Park is far too inaccessible for me. Had been to Rangoon road a couple of times for lunch but GRUB Noodle Bar is only open in the evening…*they have announced that they will commence lunch service wef 3rd Feb 15*

The good thing about visiting them for supper is the 1-for-1 beers on tap after 9pm promotion =)

Tried the soft shell crab appetizer, which was freshly fried and crunchy. Main star was the Beef Noodles with Angus Ribeye. Generous portion of the noodles which was topped with the well-braised mushrooms. Beef balls appeared to have been lightly pan-fried instead of the usual broiled ones in typical beef noodles. The beef soup was flavoursome, along with the thinly sliced ribeye which was soft and tender.

I missed trying the tiger prawns – steamed in sake, garlic and ginger glaze as it was not available during my visit. Now that they will be opened for lunch, will certainly recommend my colleagues to visit them soon~

[Updates in July 15]

Grub Noodle Bar has relocated to Fiv五 Square

1 Pickering Street
Great Eastern Centre, #01-03
Singapore 048659

Haven’t tried their food at the new location yet. But Fiv五 Square is like food court concept. Notably they also have Teppei Syokudo (kaisen don/chirashi don) stall there! =)

[Updates in Mar 16]

GRUB Noodle Bar at Five Square has ceased operations. Sister outlet GRUB is still in operation .
