Kele Roll Cake

Picked up some Kele Roll Cake after running an errand at Vivocity. These cakes can last 1 month with proper storage in the freezer, though these came in handy as breakfast over the next few days while I minimise getting out of the house due to the Covid situation.

I chose the Black Charcoal Mao Shan Wang, Lychee Martini (contains alcohol) and Mango Cream Cheese. Of which the first two are from the Premium Flavours series and the Mango Cream Cheese from the Special Flavours. 

My favourite turned out to be the Mango Cream Cheese as there are real mango fruit wrapped in the roll. I found the Mao Shan Wang roll quite acceptable to me, though true blue durian lovers might find the flavour kinda mild, not rich enough. 

These are slightly smaller in size compared to the ones by NOW Bakery (post) so I could finish one roll fairly quickly and move on to try other flavours. Though if you find a flavour you like, you would probably stick to your preferred choice. Mango Cream Cheese is my default flavour now! Hope to try their new flavour of Black Sesame Peanut (introduced in Jun 21).
